When it comes to video games, some people seem to rely solely on YouTubers for advice. Instead of depending on them, just play the games yourself. They're not experts—just regular people with opinions like anyone else. Having a platform doesn’t automatically make them knowledgeable about gaming. It might seem that way, but it’s not true, so trust your own judgment and think for yourself.
Play the games you enjoy. Personally, I prefer indie games because they avoid the nonsense and political messaging from big corporations. If you find a game you like, share it with others. It’s pointless to keep something great to yourself when it could benefit others and help move us away from big companies.
In the end, we should focus on building platforms that benefit everyone. Share ideas that challenge the norm and encourage independent thinking. Hopefully, I’m contributing to that goal.
